The Proprietor does not fund new and replacement swimming pools (this includes fences, filtration plant, changing rooms and ancillary buildings & facilities).
Swimming pools are not a school property guide entitlement.
If a swimming pool has come to the end of its economic life the Proprietor will not upgrade or replace it.
Likewise, if the swimming pool's fences, filtration plant, changing rooms and ancillary buildings & facilities have come to the end of their economic life the Proprietor will not upgrade or replace them.
The Proprietor will pay costs for the removal of the swimming pool.
